Postage Costs and Delivery Times
UK Standard Delivery - Costs £2.95 per order, whether you purchase 1 item or 10!
- Delivery times vary from product to product. We will aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days.
Next Day Delivery - Costs £6.95 per order.
- Items available with Next Day Delivery Option ordered before 2pm Monday- Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day*.
- All orders completed before 2pm on Friday will be with you Saturday provided your delivery address is residential not commercial
- All orders placed after 2pm Friday will be shipped Monday to arrive Tuesday

Stock Availability
Occasionally, items are out of stock at the time of ordering, In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will update you with a revised delivery schedule within 48 hours of your order. If you have any questions or queries please contact us at admin@sexysexylingerie.co.uk.
If we are out of stock on an item in your order, the rest of your order will be dispatched as normal and your missing item will be placed on back-order. You will be notified of this on the paperwork that will come with your order. As soon as the item is back in stock it will be dispatched to you free of charge Royal Mail First Class.
Discreet Packaging
All our orders are dispatched in discreet, unbranded packaging. However Royal Mail requires us to have a return address on your parcel; this is shown as Creative Industries UK LLP. So there is no way for nosey neighbours or colleagues to identify SexySexyLingerie as the sender of your parcel. That means you can be confident when ordering and choose a delivery address that is convenient for you.
Dispatch Confirmation
All orders are sent through Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for, this service guarantees delivery within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, a dispatched confirmation e-mail will be sent to let you know your order is on its way, with any relevant tracking number attached so you track the progress of your order.
What if you're out when your order arrives?
-If you're out when the postman calls, your postman will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your discretely packaged order
-If your parcel is taken to the nearest Royal Mail delivery office you will have to go and collect your parcel.
-If your parcel is taken to your nearest Post Office, you can collect it there.
