All disclaimers and exclusions included in these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Should any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions be deemed to be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed to be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Delivery & Packing

If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours. All timescales exclude weekends and bank holidays where orders are normally despatched on the following Monday.

Our standard delivery service should deliver to UK mainland orders in 7-14 working days for in stock items and 14+ working days for items not currently held in stock. We will update you via email if your item is not in stock.

We dispatch all items as first class recorded delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products we supply, we will exchange* items provided they are returned complete, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, with any appropriate security tags intact, within 14 days of receipt.

All exchanges must arrive back with us within 14 working days from the day after receipt. This policy is in accordance with current UK laws, and we have no obligation to offer an exchange on any item(s) arriving after this time. Please note that all orders shipped from our office are sent via a traceable means, supporting proof of receipt can always be obtained from Royal Mail, should it become necessary due to a dispute. It is entirely the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the appropriate postal service is used in order to meet this time-scale, as is the postal cost of returning the item(s) to us. You should also be aware that we will not accept any financial liability for any parcel that may become lost or damaged whilst on its way to us, so please ensure that you send it via a service offering you the relevant level of compensation and that any supporting document is retained. Should an item become lost or damaged, it is the customers’ responsibility to make a claim against Royal Mail, we will however assist you as much as possible, and supply you with any supporting documentation necessary.

*Please note that we will not under any circumstances accept returns on hosiery, body stockings, nipple pastries thongs , knickers & g-strings due to hygiene reasons

If any product we supply fails and is faulty (manufacturing defect), we will provide you with an appropriate remedy e.g. replacement, or refund. Just contact us on 0845-519-0416 or email admin@sexysexylingerie.co.uk and one of our advisors will be happy to help.

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days to cancel the contract for your order with us. In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them.

In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return. If you decide to cancel your order with Sexysexylingerie.co.uk, you must let us know by emailing admin@sexysexylingerie.co.uk, quoting the order number.

All returns must be agreed in advance, and a Returns Form completed and included within the parcel. The Returns Form can be supplied by email by any member of staff. Items that are returned to us without following this procedure will not be accepted.

Please note that sexysexylingerie.co.uk exchange only refunds will only be given under the distance selling regulations or in the case of a faulty item

We will be pleased to assist with any sizing, material or colour queries prior to ordering should you require this.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto this website. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus postage and packing charges where applicable. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render SexySexyLingerie.co.uk liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. In instances where the product has already been despatched we will arrange collection from the original address free of charge.

Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity.
