Some of the products we sell are not "In stock" and need to be ordered in for you on your behalf directly from our suppliers and will dispatch your order once these items have been received. We aim to notify you of any delays within 48 hours of receiving your order

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to issue an exchange on most items. Goods must be returned in the original packaging, within 30 days of receipt.

Return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will exchange the item for a different size / colour option, or if you would prefer we can issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge).
